All of our staff have been at Cherubs for at least thirteen years and hold a minimum qualification of NVQ level 3. Our SENCO along with her special needs qualifications holds a BA with honors degree in Early Years Studies with Early Years Teachers Status. All staff also hold up to-date First Aid Training qualifications and are continually updating their safe guarding certificates, Training is undertaken in all other areas on a regular basis to ensure staff are aware of new processes and regulations.
